amazing breakfast beautiful presentation helpful staff missing dresser small bathroom clothes rack
the breakfast was amazing it felt more like a brunch than a simple breakfast. the presentation was beautiful and everything tasted delicious. also breakfast was included in the room rate and available until 10:30 a.m., that was a plus. the staff was helpful and polite!
the room lacked some basic comforts. there were no dresser drawers or shelves for clothes, only a rack. i had to lay my clothes on the daybed. the bathroom was also quite small, it wasn't very practical.

a solid stay
convenient location nice staff chemical cleaner room smell
the location was very convenient to the things i wanted to see. breakfast had many options and the staff were nice. i felt the junior suite paruta was perfect. the area was quiet and close to the vaporetto stop at sant angelo.
our room was clean but it smelled of chemical cleaner. we opened the windows to air it out and hoped it would dissipate. it affected my breathing a little. the smell lingered even when the air conditioner was on.

Really good Hotel Experience!
excellent amenities comfortable bed helpful staff
I stayed in a Junior Suite Contarini. The room had excellent amenities and a comfortable bed! The location is very convenient near attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, they provided recommendations and arranged a water taxi.
The toilet roll holder in the bathroom seemed strangely placed. It made it a little awkward to reach.

The hotel is central. It is a short walk to main attractions. Vaporetto stations are nearby. They provide easy access to other parts of the city. The immediate area had many shops and restaurants!

mixed feelings about the stay
missing closet no dresser
location was great, set in the heart of the historical area.
my room looked nice, but it really lacked basic comfort. there wasnt a closet, no dresser drawers. i had to put my clothes on the daybed because no drawers existed. this wasnt a relaxing trip.

superb stay in a beautiful setting
modern design convenient location many choices
the room had a modern design. breakfast included many choices and was served in a nice dining area. the location was convenient, close to transport stops. i found it easy to walk to popular spots from the hotel.
the complimentary water was limited to one bottle, a second bottle would have been more appropriate.
